BRIX Moving provides residential and commercial moving services in Chicagoland and Central Illinois.

3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes may be:

- Hourly estimates
Final charges may vary based on:
- Actual time
- Distance
- Inventory
- Access conditions

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Be present or provide authorized representative
- Ensure safe access to property
- Properly pack items unless packing service is purchased
- Disclose fragile, hazardous, or high-value items
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous materials
- Illegal items
- Explosives
- Flammable liquids
- Perishable goods (unless agreed)
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement.

Failure to pay may result in additional fees.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois law, BRIX Moving’s liability is limited to the valuation coverage selected.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Website
- Copy or distribute Website content without permission
